Custom work
I take on a few commissions at a time. Send me a watch you already own, or start from scratch.
How it works
Start by telling me which watch you have in mind and roughly what you want done. Pictures of watches you like are more use than descriptions here. From there I put together a parts list with sources and prices alongside a figure for labour, and nothing gets ordered until you've agreed to it.
Most builds take four to six weeks, largely depending on what has to ship from overseas. You'll get photographs as it goes, so there's a chance to change your mind before the case is closed up. Everything is regulated across positions and left running for a week before it goes anywhere, and your original parts come back with it.
Cost
Labour starts at a flat rate for a straightforward swap of insert, crystal, hands and strap, and goes up from there depending on the work. Parts are billed at cost with the receipts attached.
A dial and hand swap on a watch you already own is the cheapest way in. A full build sourced from scratch is the most expensive. If I think a mod isn't worth what it will cost you, I'll say so.
